Method
- Rinse all chinese herbs with hot water.
- Place the herbs, soften mushroom and salt into the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the Veg. Spring Chicken into the pot and simmer until the Veg. Spring Chicken is cooked. Served hot.
