Veg. Kampung Fish
Sweet Thai chili sauce
- Coat Veg. Kampung Fish with a layer of corn flour and fry it until cooked. Keep aside.
- Heat some oil and sauté chili paste, wait until fragrant and then add in (A).
- If the gravy is too thick, add some water to dilute it then seasoned with salt and sugar.
- Lastly, add in (B), wait until all vegetables are cooked, lift and pour onto fried Kampung Fish, serve while still hot.
