Method
- Quickly deep-fry Veg. Ku Loh Meat. Dish and drain. Keep aside.
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil, fragrant the ginger slices, add in ingredients (A) and stir-fry until cooked, add in seasoning (B) and stir-fry equally.
