Method
- Mix Veg. Chicken Meat with salt and fry until half-cooked. Put aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil and sauté ginger until yellowish. Add in blended chili and stir until the oil rose.
- Add fried chicken meat and (A). Stir for 5 minute.
- Add (B) and still for a while.
- Add salt and flavoring if necessary. Serve hot.
