Method
- Heat oil in wok, saute chili paste until crisp, add in belachan and stir fry until oil rose.
- Add in tamarind juice. Seasoned with salt and sugar, let it thickened.
- Add in Veg. Shrimps and bitter beans, stir well and let shrimps cook.
- Serve with rice.
